Ron Talley, co-owner of Hawkeye Aerial Imaging Solutions, LLC, is the Remote Pilot in Command. Ron completed his on-line Drone Pilot Ground School and was awarded a diploma from uavcoach.com upon successful completion of the school. After completing ground school, Ron took and passed the FAA’s written Pilot’s Aeronautical Knowledge test and was issued an Airmen Certificate granting him the privileges of Remote Pilot. The Remote Pilot certificate is a new pilot designation the FAA established under 14 CFR Part 107, which permits holders of such Certificate to conduct commercial sUAS operations in the National Airspace System (NAS). Ron has 1000+ hours piloting sUAVs both as a hobbyist and a professional. Ron also received a certificate of achievement for successfully completing the FAA Safety Team Aviation Learning Center Online Course for Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
In addition to Ron’s remote pilot qualifications, he has also been a photographer for over 40 years. This combination of sUAS flight and photographic knowledge and experience gives our clients confidence that flight operations conducted by Hawkeye will be performed safely and imagery captured by our state of the art sUAVs will be stunningly high-quality, that can be proudly displayed on your website, brochures, social media or other printed marketing collateral.
